The Art of a healthy mind. People deal with stress differently. Painting for me is the only time I do not think about anything. It is a mindfulness act and it keeps me balanced. I myself have been caught up in the whole housing crisis saga and last year we lost our family home. I know if I had not been painting I would not be here today.
Using oils is a lovely process that helps calm the mind. I know there is so much stress out there and I believe that painting with oils can bring a calmness to the mind.
In my workshops I teach people to slow down tand I help unlock their creative souls. We work with groups and in the beautiful setting of Marlay park.
We can cater for up to 40 people and it is a workshop worth doing.
There is no silver lining to my situation but my practice has helped me keep calm and in this way I am able to heal.
Great for team building and something different. We can also travel out to you and set up our easals preferably no carpet!!
